２度目の利用でした。フロントの方、日本語でご対応下さり、とても安心できます。また、お部屋も適度な広さと清潔さで快適に過ごせました。
場所も地下鉄、バス停も近く、尚且つ地下へはエスカレーターがあるので移動も楽々です。
またリピートしたいお宿です。

Location is very good, theres Gs25 just right outside the hotel & metro station is just 1-2mins away... we reached at like 1pm, the room was ready but we can't checked in earlier, staff said we had to pay extra to check in earlier... minus point for this as usually other hotel would let us check in early if room is ready... Room looks smaller than in picture too

首先, 酒店地理位置非常好, 交通方便, 這點完全無庸置疑。
但衛生方面絕對有問題, 相片中展示的床單和被袋, 是我分別兩日不同日子去拍攝的, 都分別有不同程度的污漬出現。 第一天入住的時候, 已發現床單和被袋有污漬, 但由於污漬在被袋下, 和上床單（位置即是人腳深進去的地方）我以為他們不知道。但到第二天早上, 我刻意把污漬展示出來, 打算讓房務員看見, 但當第二晚回來的時候, 發現同一張被和床單繼續使用, 亦是把他遮蓋到肉眼看不見的地方, 因此我相信他們是故意這樣做。而我日已跟隨酒店的指引, 並沒有要求他們沒有不要去更換新床單, 但他並沒有替我更換新的。
到第三天早上, 我用Memo紙寫低“已有污漬雨天, 必須更換床單”, 他們才替我更換新的床單被袋。但回來後, 就與另外兩張相片一樣, 仍然有其他的污漬, 所以相信整體是他的物品都較污糟所致。及後發現好幾天都沒有更換床單, 而最後曾經再有一套, 發現裏面也是有一點像乾掉的血漬......（這相片感覺很不好, 未打算放出來了）
雖然沒有任何証明指出可能直接或間接受到影響, 但我太太和女兒期間, 都分別感染皮膚敏感, 幸好我自己卻只是覺得較為痕癢, 並沒有出現紅疹症狀。
至於員工方面, 他們表現態度基本有禮, 尤其前台職員, 對於要求協助查詢期間都能迅速提供服務。門口叔叔亦於我們離開時主動協助搬行李上的士。
若然衛生問題能改善, 來首爾旅遊的時候, 這家絶對是不錯的選擇。
