This is an old Qing Dynasty hotel. The carpet is filthy. There are no disposable slippers, but the air conditioner is extremely noisy. The deposit was not credited to my account one day after checkout. They said it would take two or three days. The Four Points Sheraton next door refunded the deposit three hours after checkout. I will never stay in this hotel again in my life.

We stayed in this hotel for nine days.
Environment: Very clean and comfortable!
Service: The cleaning staff was very friendly, did not disturb us too much, responded to our needs promptly, and the lobby manager was also very friendly. Everyone basically spoke multiple languages (Korean, English, basic Mandarin, etc.)!
Location: Excellent location, 711 is across the street, and there are many restaurants nearby.
Overall: Combined with the price advantage, I will continue to stay in this hotel next time I come to Korea!
