The facilities are great. B1 has a water dispenser and ice cubes, as well as a computer for work.
The location is also very convenient. It is about 5 minutes away from the MRT station, but there is a bus at the entrance of the alley that can take you to various places.

I stayed at this hotel in a twin room because it had a bathtub!
The room itself was clean!
However, the bathroom walls and the faucet were dirty, and when I tried to fill the bathtub with water, the dirt from the faucet floated up into the bathtub.
I emailed the place I had contacted in advance to ask them to clean it when I went out the next morning, but they ignored me...?
On the first day, they didn't clean it at all and didn't refill the water, but on the second day they did. (It's a shame that the place I requested wasn't cleaned. I think it would be better to tell them directly.)
Also, I wanted to freeze the ice packs, so when I checked with the front desk, they told me to freeze them in the refrigerator, and I set it to maximum power, but it didn't work.

Staffs are helpful. The rooms are spacious n can open bags easily. Much bigger than those I have stayed in Myeongdong. Airport bus is just around the corner n walkable to Shopping area

The room itself was spacious enough that we could spread out our carrier. However, it wasn't very clean, with hair floating in the toilet and the sink being clogged so the water wouldn't flush at all. Then, in the middle of the night, the toilet door suddenly wouldn't open and we couldn't get in, so we told the front desk, and a male staff member told us to turn the key with a coin to open it, and that was the end of it. We were able to open the toilet without any problems, but the service was not very friendly. It's a shame because the female staff member who helped us check in and out was very nice.
There was no toothbrush, so it's better to bring one with you. There were slippers.
It was close to City Hall Station so it was easy to get to.
