I highly recommend this hotel to solo travelers. Although the space is small, it has everything you need. If you arrive too late, you can use the self-service check-in machine. After entering the PIN code next to your name, the machine will directly print a slip with the room code (although there seems to be some security concerns).
The lady boss at the counter is very nice and polite. There is also a simple buffet breakfast available. At just over a thousand a night, it is really a good deal!
However, if you are traveling with two people, it is recommended to book without a suitcase, otherwise the narrow aisle will make it seem crowded.
