우선 예약시 평소대로 인원체크 여부없이 호텔을 예약했고
(부산에 거주중이라 서울에 대학교입시 실기차 서울호텔)
친구딸 대학입시 실기관계로 대신 방을 예약하고 혹시나해서 1시간뒤 직접 호텔에 연락을해서 고3이라 미성년자인데 투숙하려면 필요한 서류있어야 되냐고 문의했는데 무조건 미성년자는 투숙할수없다고 투숙을 거부했습니다
그래서 예약을 취소요청했는데 본건은 취소불가 예약이므로 취노가 안된다고 하네요
너무나 어이가 없습니다 길바닥에 17만4천원을 버린꼴이 되었네요
미리 전화를 안하고 확인을 안했음 몰라도 타 호텔은 증빙서류 제출하면 투숙이 가능한데 이호텔은 무턱대고 투숙을 거부하고선 취소도 안받아준다고 합니다 이게 말이 되나요!
소비자고발센타에 신고해서 이게 맞는지 확인할껍니다
돈을 환불받고 안받고 문제가 아니라 너무나 황당한 대응에 화가나서 미칠지경이네요
온라인 커뮤니티 인스타등등 소문낼수있는 모든곳에 사연을 올릴까합니다 이런 서비스로 호텔을 운영하는게 맞는지!!

Very nice and clean house. In the old town near Dongdaemun, there are restaurants and coffee shops downstairs☕️
It is especially recommended to stay with children. The room is large and has a bathtub
There is a refrigerator and a computer on the table, which is very good.
The front desk answered all questions and gave sugar and coffee☕️.
