服務超乎預期，語言不通但是非常積極用軟件幫助我們。酒店的客人很多，但完全不影響員工的響應速度。酒店有歷史了但是房間設備很好，床鋪舒服，用品有質感，床頭就有三種充電線，另外還有220的插口。就算完全沒有帶轉換器和充電線都不擔心，非常貼心。雖然在小山坡上，但是班車很方便，打Uber也方便。旁邊是新羅免税店比較老了，貨也不全，但是便宜啊！！！首爾返點最多的免税店，收穫很豐富。總的來説很滿意。

Hands down the best hotel in Seoul in terms of facilities and services! Location is very strategic and even they offer free transport and also shuttles on popular places
In my opinion this hotel is really a great cultural experience for foreigners. I recommend to try their gym and also sauna. They provide jerseys and also luxury powder rooms
To end, they also have the best breakfast

한국 최고의 호텔의 최상의 서비스에 만족했습니다. 특히 잘 훈련된 직원들의 숙련된 서비스가 좋았습니다. 다만 고객들과의 소통에는 아쉬운점이 있었습니다. 고객들의 예약관련해서 호텔에 직접 예약을 하지 않는 경우는 예약이 정확치 않을수 있다고 했습니다. 이번에 아내 이름(SEO KI YOUNG)으로 예약 했는데, 두번째 이름인 LEE WON TAE 로 예약되어 있다고 하면서 TRIP.COM 에 확인 해보라고 했습니다. 마치 저렴하게 예약 했으니, 이런 불이익은 있을수 있다는 느낌도 받았습니다.
