위치가 남산 근처에 있어서 도심이 아닌 야외에 와 있는 느낌이라 공기도 다르고 좋았습니다. 다만 서비스는 처음 도착시 직원도 없었고 체크아웃시에도 커시어지 직원이 택시가 도착전에도 후에도 뻔히 쳐다보고만 있고 아무런 대응이 없어서 반야트리의 서비스가 맞는지 의심이 갔습니다.

It was an amazing experience to stay at banyan tree Seoul. A bit quieter than other areas; which is lovely to have that bit of an escape. The service is impeccable and the staff are amazing.

First time at Banyan Tree
It was quiet..the staff were friendly and it was great
It was nice that there was a jacuzzi in the room so I could use it without being restricted by time, and there was a nice walking path around it so my husband and I walked around in the evening^^
It goes without saying that it's a hotel, but the staff were so friendly that I want to visit again^^
