The check-in & check-out procedures were smooth, staffs are very friendly and everything was great. Location is amazing, you can take the lift down to the train station & there's a mart as well as food stalls in the underground section below the hotel. Would definitely return^^

Lotte City Hotel Mapo
I chose this hotel because it has a gym, a pool, and a bathtub, and is directly connected to the station.
There are plenty of restaurants in the basement and cafes nearby!
There is also a supermarket, so it is recommended for short stays.
It is just over an hour from the bus stop nearby to Incheon Airport☺️

Нам очень понравился отель. Благодарим всех кто работает в отеле. Сервис помогает почувствовать себя в отеле как дома. Номер заказывали без завтрака. Завтрак покупали на ресепшен. Это удобно. Завтраки хорошие, нам все понравилось. Расоложение отеля фантастическое, рядом с метро.

Check in was smooth and fuss free. The hotel is near Gondeok station and just few steps away. It's also closed to airport limousine. However the interior of the room looks abit old.
