My stay at The Plaza Seoul, Autograph Collection exceeded all expectations! The hotel's location is perfect, just a 5-minute walk from the Myeongdong shopping district and close to the subway, making it incredibly convenient for shopping and commuting.
The room was stylishly designed, featuring a modern minimalist style with Korean touches. The floor-to-ceiling windows offered a stunning view of Seoul's nightscape. The bedding was soft and comfortable, and the soundproofing was excellent, ensuring a restful sleep.
The breakfast was plentiful, including Korean bibimbap, Western desserts, and freshly made omelets, which were delicious. The front desk staff was also very attentive, speaking Chinese and proactively helping to book taxis.
The only minor drawback was the small shower, but overall, the value for money was excellent. I'd definitely stay here again when I visit Seoul again!

We were treated to wonderful hospitality, with welcome cookies and wine. We had planned to use the pool and jacuzzi, but the jacuzzi had turned a greenish-brown, likely due to deterioration, and we didn't feel like getting in. The area where the tea set was placed in our room was also noticeably dusty. The hotel itself smelled wonderful and had a luxurious feel, so it was a shame. Thank you for your kind hospitality when we went to see the pool, even though it was almost closing time.

Actually overall is fine. However, one morning I forgot to wear my Gucci bracelet out and left it on the table, when I’m back to the hotel later the day, the room was clean up but the bracelet was gone. I’m leaving on the next day, so I try to find it everywhere in the room while I pack. Sadly no where to be seen. I told the front desk when I check out in next morning and ask them to check it when make up room later. Unfortunately it was gone. I’m not saying the housekeeping stole it, they might just sweep it to their cleaning/ laundry bag while cleaning the table. But it was truly a bad experience.
