The guesthouse is located at 2nd floor, no elevator and the staircase is a bit narrow for people who are carrying big luggage, and there's a myeongtae haejang guk restaurant at ground floor, so be prepared of the smell when you walk down.

It was about a 20-minute walk from Myeongdong, a 10-minute bus ride from Dongdaemun, and the station was close by, so the location was great!
It was less than 20,000 yen for 3 nights, so I can't say it was luxurious, but I was bothered by the sewage smell around the bathroom.
