It's a good experience, the environment is quiet, hygienic and clean, and the boss is very humble and friendly. It's not far from the Cheong Wa Dae of Gyeongbokgung Palace, just walk. The only downside is that you live on the third floor, there is no elevator, and the floor heating is scheduled

I have stayed in the Sae Wha around a dozen times now and the place offers outstanding value and the management well and truly go out of their way to make your stay comfortable. The location is great, the extra services you get that are inclusive to the room fee are outstanding and it is the only place I will stay while in Seoul.

The place is locked up in the daytime (you need a keycode to enter or contact). Don't know what that means, but it can't be good. Family owned at one time, don't know if it is now. Ok if you need a place for one night, beyond that it might be better to look at other places in the same area for same price. This place is all business, so you get what you pay for.
