The TV picture quality was red - the entire screen was red.
The water pressure in the toilet was weak, so used toilet paper always ended up in the trash can next to it...
The toilet door wouldn't close, so I had to reopen it several times.
The shampoo and conditioner were mixed together.
The charger didn't work.
It was inconvenient.

Our room type was different than what we booked, and we needed to change rooms, but there was no staff member who could respond or arrange a change. No one answered my calls (including phone and email)… However, the room was clean, the location, and the amenities were all good, justifying the price. The room was spacious enough to open two suitcases and had a microwave and refrigerator; however, the bed was a bit hard. The bus stop was conveniently nearby, and the subway station was about a ten-minute walk away. The hotel also had a washer and dryer, and the common areas included a cooking area, a small gym, and a fun billiards table.
