I recently stayed at Roynet Hotel Seoul Mapo and was disappointed with my experience. Despite raising serious concerns about my room, I felt that the hotel staff did not show genuine remorse or understanding of my situation.
On the night of my stay, I was disturbed by loud banging noises coming from the wardrobe area, which made it impossible for me to relax or sleep. Feeling unsafe and uncomfortable, I chose to check out early, even though I was offered a room change. I ultimately decided to book another hotel.
The lack of empathy in their email response only added to my frustration. I expected better customer service and support during a distressing situation. I cannot recommend this hotel based on my experience.

酒店位置很方便，就在2個地鐡站中間。很適合家庭出遊，樓下有連鎖cafe超方便，酒店二樓又有餐廳，Olive Young 又在隔離。下次有機會還會入住!!

The width of the underground parking lot is narrower than expected. Be careful when entering with a large SUV, and the elevator from the underground parking lot to the accommodation is an officetel elevator, so it's confusing. Even if you press the security button, they don't answer... There's no password... I found out that there's a separate elevator for entering the hotel. Be sure to take a picture of the parking lot location. The floors can be confusing. Maybe because it was the weekend... There were almost no Koreans... Most of the tourists were Chinese.
I'm so grateful that children stay for free.
It was hard to find a room for a family of four...
I'd definitely visit again.
It was a bit... unexpected that guests staying overnight had to pay an additional 6,000 won for parking.
