The smell in the restroom is so bad that it stings the eyes. The smell comes up from the toilet and the sewer, making it hard to breathe.
It is useless to complain to the hotel. No one cares.

겨울에 신년회 기념으로 친구들 계모임으로 1박했습니다. 실내외수영장이랑 샤워실이 진짜 잘 되어있었고 가족들이랑 오기에 더더욱 좋겠더라구요! 서울 외곽에 있다는 것만 빼면 정말 숙소도 좋고 호텔 내부 시설도 즐길거리가 많아서 좋았습니다. 다음엔 각자 가족들이랑 오기로 하고 헤어졌는데 당장 이번 여름에 또 예약할까싶습니다ㅎㅎ

가족끼리 같이가기 좋은 리조트인것 같아요. 체크인 시간에 사람이 몰려서 시간이 조금 걸리는 편이네요. 조식은 생각보다 그냥저냥 그랬어요
커피 쿠폰 받아서 마신것도 좋았고, 자연과 가까이 있다는 점이 좋았고
다인 숙박이 가능한 점이 정말 좋았네요.

서울 시내에 있고, 근처에 걸어서도 갈 수 있는 식당들이 많아서 좋았음. 다만 룸 컨디션이나 이런 부분들이 오픈한지 얼마 되지 않은 리조트 치고는 좀 엉성한 부분들이 있었네요

사우나 이용에 있어서 14세 미만 아이들을 키즈로 보는 부분을 다시 한번 생각해주셨으면 좋겠습니다.
가족 단위 이용객이 많은 파라스파라에서 키즈 프렌들리까지는 아니어도
사우나 공간이 노키즈존 운영이 되는것은 고려해봐야할 부분이라고 생각합니다.
프라이빗한 휴식이 되고자 그렇게 운영하시는것은 이해를 하지만
동일하게 비용을 내고 이용하는 고객들의 편의를 생각하고
또 아이들이 자라서 파라스파라 / 조선호텔에 대한 좋은 이미지를 가지고 성장하여
미래 고객이 될 수 있는 잠재성을 고려하신다면
적어도 사우나이용에 있어 사람이용이 적은 15:00~17:00 등 한시적으로
보호자 동반하에 탕이용을 허용하는 등의 조치가 있었음 합니다.
