애기 1명, 성인 4명이서 이용했는데, 시설은 너무 좋았습니다. 다만 숙소에서 자쿠지, 수영장까지 땡볕에 걸어가야하는게 좀 아쉬웠어요 ㅠㅠ 너무 더운날엔 그것도 힘들더라구요 ㅠㅠ 그래도 시설이나 서비스는 맘에 들었습니다~

객실 체크인 과정은 매우 신속 했으나, 내부 공간이 엄청 큰데 동 안내가 없어서 한참 헤매다 비오는날 바깥에서 비 다맞고 직원에게 물어서 찾아감( 체크인 건너편 동이였는데 체크인 시 어디로 가라는 안내 없었음)
객실은 들어가자마자 바닥에 갈색머리카락 , 짧은머리카락, 꼬불머리카락 등 바닥에서 여러종류의 머리카락이 들어가지도 않은 욕실에서도 보이고 객실 군데군데 보임.
- 사진 자세히 보심 머리카락 보여요. 저희 머리카락 아니고 저희랑 색상도 길이도 전혀다르고 입장할때부터 바닥이 지저분했어요.
그동안 호캉스 다니며 이렇게 머리카락때문에 객실 바까달라는건...5성급 처음입니다
침대 머리쪽 조명있는곳은 죽은벌레와 먼지들이 있었어요.
미리 예약했는데 39만원이었고, 당일은 또 싸져서 32만원이 됨 (비가 와서 ㅅ그런가봐요)
인스타 핫플 수영장이래서 기대했는데
야외는 인천 파라다이스나 하얏트 같은데가 훨 좋은것 같고
실내수영장은 진짜 다니던중 가장 좋았어요
그리고 뷔페는 호텔투숙고객 당일 15% 이벤트 해줬는데
2인 24만원 가격에 저녁 먹었는데 가격대비 매우 훌륭했어요
저라면 호텔 뷔페는 한번 더 가볼 것 같고,
객실은 재방문의사는 없어요🥹 방 바꿀때 와주신 직원분은 매우 친절 해서 감사했으나 평일 1박 40만원 돈인데ㅠㅡㅠ
아쉬운 호캉스였습니당.
그리고 여기 수영장이랑 모든시설이 오후 7시부터 10시면 전부마감해서 캄캄해요. 룸서비스도 10:30인가.?그쯤 끝나서
밤늦게는 집에 갈까 고민하다 얼렁 자버렸어요
