The owner was very nice. We upgraded our room to the top floor, the 4th floor (unfortunately, there were stairs, but it wasn't a problem if we didn't have heavy luggage). The environment was comfortable, simple, and clean. The bathroom was a bit small, so you'd have to be prepared to take your clothes with you when showering. There's a washing machine, but don't use it while showering, as it affects the water pressure. Also, the washing machine drains onto the bathroom floor, affecting your bathroom and showering. Best of all, you can hang clothes out to dry; washing them at night would be completely dry the next morning. The bus stop is a minute away, and Seoul Station is a 5-minute walk.

Our family of four (two elementary school children) stayed in a quad room for two nights. We arrived at 10:00 AM and received instructions on how to store our luggage from the clerk at GS25 (a convenience store). After sightseeing around the city, we returned to GS25 around 7:30 PM and received a paper with our room number and other details for our stay. The single beds in the quad room are bunk beds, and the upper bunk lacks a railing, making it unsuitable for children. The mattresses are sturdy and comfortable, but I would have appreciated a mesh railing to prevent children from falling. This was my first time using a combined shower and toilet, but as long as I was careful with the toilet paper, there were no issues. Bath towels were provided for each guest, and if we needed to change them, we could write a note in the hallway and they would hang small towels by the door. The mini-kitchen, refrigerator, and washing machine were also convenient for families with children. There is no dryer, but thin items dried easily in the room. The owner was very kind and welcoming, making for a reassuring stay. While the building looks old, the interior is clean. Located just 5 minutes from Seoul Station, GS25 is owned by an owner and offers reasonable rates! I'll definitely stay here again when I'm in Seoul!
