It was nice and clean, but there were no twins and the check-in time was too late at 11pm, which was inconvenient.

Trip says check-in is at 18:00, and if you go around 19:00, you can only check-in at 21:00.
If you don't like it, just cancel.
It's okay
I couldn't find another place in a hurry in the evening, so I wasted time around and went in.
