I don't understand how this hotel gets so many good reviews. It's simply because of its great location in Myeongdong, which is very convenient for shopping. But Myeongdong is a bit overhyped—it's so chaotic!!! The surrounding area is dirty and messy, the lobby smells like ashes, the breakfast is terrible, and for the price, honestly, it's just not worth it.
I rarely give negative reviews, but this time I couldn't help myself. Ctrip is really overdoing it!!!

The smell in the lobby was bothersome.
The facilities and cleaning were fine.
The plan included breakfast, but the food menu was limited, so I think the plan without breakfast would have been fine.
On the second day, there was porridge for breakfast, which was nice, but I would have liked it to be a little hotter.

Located right in the heart of Myeongdong, it's just a five-minute walk from Daiso, so it's convenient for getting around.
Although there are hardly any staff members to be seen, the sheets are changed daily, and there is a phone number in the lobby that is answered promptly, so you can feel at ease. The ventilation fan is also working.
When my child ordered tea bags, a robot actually came to help him. It seems he can even get into the elevator by himself.
Breakfast consists mainly of bread and salad. Coffee is also available. The staff member greeted us, which made us feel refreshed.
