It wasn't particularly clean, but the room was kept clean, which was nice.

We stayed here for a concert. The price was reasonable, the room was large, and there was a nice-smelling mineral water refrigerator. There was a convenience store right outside, and shopping streets were all around. Overall, it was a good value.
However, there were a few issues:
① Upon check-in, the owner spoke excellent English and seemed very friendly, explaining many details. However, when we asked if the room had a window, he said we hadn't booked one. Only after returning home did I realize I had booked a room with a window.
② It's quite a distance from the Sinchon subway station. Although it's only a 6-7 minute walk, it's still quite arduous in the summer heat, which greatly reduced my sense of well-being. (But buses are very close.)

④ The air conditioner is overhead, which would be uncomfortable if I turned it on.

回來很久才寫評論，第一次去首爾，在價格適中的基礎上還是比較滿意的。周邊很方便，樓下就是便利店，離地鐵站近，附近好吃的店也多。附近的烤肉店吃了2次，好好吃。房間2人居住，雖然沒有很大，但是也夠了。居住期間是自己更換毛巾和倒垃圾，小且温馨的感覺。
