There is no elevator in the hotel, so you have to walk up the stairs. The room facilities are simple and the TV is too thin. Because it is close to the subway station, the sound is very noisy and disturbing.

It's very noisy. The location is good, so it takes about 1 minute to get there from Seoul Station exit 13, but even with double-glazed windows, the train noise is still loud. The walls are thin, so you can hear a lot of people talking outside. There are a lot of foreign guests. The toilet and shower are not separated, so you get all wet after a shower (is this a common thing overseas?). The room is also somewhat dirty.
It was nice that there was a welcome drink, shampoo, body wash, and soap.

The facilities are poor, but the location is good, so I booked for 3 nights. Gangbuk sightseeing is within 10 subway stops, and there are many cheap restaurants nearby. Personally, it seems like a perfect place to stay for a short one-night stay.

First of all, it was hard to climb up to the third floor where the entrance was with my suitcase. Also, my room was on the fourth floor, so I had to go up and down even more.
I think the proximity to Seoul Station is the best selling point.
It was clean, and the hot water was good.
It would have been nice if the room amenities included cups.
I didn't mind the small size of the room since I was only there to sleep.
There was a busy road right below, so it was quite noisy. I was given earplugs at the reception on my last night of my stay, and I was glad that I didn't have to use them sooner.

The corridor is newly renovated.
But the room is different from the picture. It's a bit old...

The hotel is very close to Seoul station and the location is good. The cleanliness is not bad, because there were a few stains on the pillow but there was no problem other than that. You can change your towels every day from the reception. As in most Asian hotels, the room is small so be prepared for that.
