It's in a sort of back alley, but the sign is large and easy to find.
There are many underground facilities and restaurants nearby, which makes it convenient, but I would say it's not as clean as the city center.
Still, it had a nice local feel to it.
There were no problems with the room, and we stayed for 3 nights, but on the first day they provided towels and cleaned the toilet trash can.
This is probably because there were originally 2 days' worth of towels, and they replenished them to make a 3-day supply.
The water pressure in the shower was fine, and we didn't have any trouble getting the water warm, which is common overseas.
There were no problems with the Wi-Fi, and I'd like to use it again if I have the opportunity.

John is very talkative & helpful. He is funny too, his hotel is comfortable to stay and everyday auntie will help to clean up our room with refill the bottles of water, towels & toilet papers. Also, John is willing to help if you have any inquiries. Just feel free to ask, his english is fluent, you no need to worry the communication problems. My daughter loves him too, he is extra kind for the kid :) We will come back to stay, thanks John

The staff is very nice. The location is also good. Please note that there are no amenities. (Basically none in Korea) The floor was sticky, probably because the previous traveler had eaten chocolate and spilled it. Slippers were a must.

There is no heating and we slept in warm clothes, for the same reason we forced ourselves to go to the bathroom to wash ourselves. The only plus is the location - in the center and a lot to see within walking distance. And there is no window in the room, we slept like in a bunker

There is not even a shelf to put clothes on. And dampness. But the hotel had heated floors and beds with electric mattresses. We only came to sleep. I think it is a normal hotel for the money. We rented several rooms, because there were 4 of us at first, then 5. For 4 people, we rented one room with two double beds. Overall, the room was good, because we only came to sleep. But there were few sockets, and those that were there were very unsafe. The bathroom was spacious, although the sink always leaked, and the drain hose fell. The trash was always cleaned up when we left. Then we rented two separate rooms - a double and a superior room for three with a futon. In the superior room there was a draft from the window, we had to plug it with towels. But overall, for that kind of money, everything was fine, and the location was great. The owner, Jay, is very friendly and sociable, always willing to help. It was nice to chat with him))
