It is within walking distance of Exit 4 of Sinchon Station. There are good living facilities nearby, including restaurants, convenience stores, supermarkets, and pedestrian streets. The store manager and staff are friendly.
The downside is that the heating is too hot and the air conditioner is not allowed to be turned on, so I had to open the window to cool down. The housekeeping was not done by default during the stay, and the towels were only changed after I reminded them.

The condition is average. I stayed in a smoking room. I may have smoked. The room was very smelly and I felt that it was greatly compromised.

The bed is uncomfortable and had a lot of squeaky sounds when moving around. Pillows were too soft and could not get extra.
No curtain or door for the bathtub which makes the entire toilet wet after bath.
Toilet floor is slippery when not using the slippers due to flooring.
Unable to leave the toilet ventilation on as the translucent door was facing the bed.
Towels are not changed regularly and had to reuse as the place did not have enough.
Had to keep reusing disposable cups.
Even with room service, the room was still dirty.

The room has a bathtub, but the overall look is the same as the domestic Home Inn chain. There is free coffee and water at the front desk downstairs. The room is a bit depressing, but the price is cheap. There is even a curling iron, which is amazing.
