Despite the location, I can't speak of anything good about this hotel. The staff are okay. But the rooms are not very clean. Towels don't smell good. And they don't have luggage storage service like other hotels do.

Very good compare others accommodation I have try in Seoul from Airbnb and nooking
First decent place where I could sleep correctly.
Only the check in is 20:00 because Koreans come for short time in the day.

Knowing that hotels in Korea are terrible, this one is fine.
First of all which is rare, staff is not rude. That’s a big plus of the hotel, they actually ready to help.
As for the room, it is suitable for heavy people, quite enough space in the shower.
It is not new, but it’s fine. Compare to many hotels I have stayed in the same price, this one is good enough. Bed is big and comfy.
As for clearness- it’s not good, but again, for Korea, that’s normal thing. I’d say it’s visually clean, but when you look closer - actually, you better don’t. 😬😂
Check out is at 12 which is amazing, cause you can have a rest. But check in is a bit late, however when I arrive before time they gave me keys right away.

A pretty solid budget option hotel. Mattress was soft and the blanket was thick which was good, but the sink in the bathroom was tiny. Biggest problem is the windows don't close properly so you'll be hearing police sirens all morning the next day honestly it was quite hard to sleep well. I would maybe give it a try
