The location is about 50 meters from Exit 8 of Xincun Subway Station. There are many bus routes and convenient travel. The surrounding commercial facilities are good. There is a 24-hour soup bone hot pot restaurant downstairs, as well as cafes and snack stalls. There are many restaurants to choose from and it is convenient to eat. The hotel has self-service check-in and check-out, a separate bathroom, good hot water, floor heating, and a very low bed. If you are not convenient to squat, please bypass it. There is a public kitchen on the 3rd floor where you can cook, drink tea, eat, etc. Hygiene: Not very clean, there is dust and dirt under the bed, which cannot be seen. Facilities: very old, leaking in the rain; the bathroom is very small; Service: self-service;

It was very convenient, being on the Shinchon Station side.
I only stayed there to sleep, but the room was larger than I expected and I was able to open my suitcase.
The stairs were quite difficult, though.
I had a very comfortable stay. Thank you very much. I'd like to use it again next time.

There were 5-6 small insects in the room. It was really disgusting. Also, there is no elevator, only stairs, so it's hard to go up if you have large luggage. Furthermore, the walls are thin, so I couldn't sleep because I could hear the noise of the person in the next room until 3am. I stayed for 2 nights, but I rebooked a different hotel. However, it was good that it was close to the station and bus stop and there were many good shopping places nearby.

The room is small but has a private bathroom. The environment is quite clean. There are supermarkets and restaurants downstairs. It is very convenient to go anywhere. The only drawback is that there is no elevator.
