The room was extremely unhygienic. I didn't bother leaving a review when booking, so when I got to the hotel, I discovered the comforter was covered in body fluids. It was disgusting. The staff were extremely rude, couldn't speak English clearly, and told me it wasn't a five-star hotel. My attitude was completely disastrous. Hygiene: Poor, not just poor.

If you're looking to save money, this hotel is a good choice. Transportation is convenient. However, there's no elevator, so be mindful if you need to carry luggage to the upper floors. The stairs are quite narrow, and a woman almost died carrying it up to the 6th floor. Regarding cleanliness... I wouldn't recommend it if you're particular about hygiene. There were still false eyelashes from the previous person when I checked in, and there was toilet paper and a lot of dust under the bed that hadn't been swept. The bed towels also looked worn. The bathroom I stayed in didn't have a door, and the hot water was scalding hot. The air conditioning wasn't very cold either. Overall, I wouldn't recommend it.

The room was small and not very clean. The bathroom smelled. The sheets and blankets were dirty. There was no elevator. You had to call and check in by yourself. I couldn't stay there, so I had to change hotels when I arrived instead.

這間guesthouse雖然是連鎖的，但住宿的品質和服務很差，這是我來首爾這麼多次，住過最糟糕的住宿！這裡只有樓梯，要把大行李箱搬到5樓，然後給我的房間，進去後霉味很重，床單和枕頭也不乾淨，洗澡時浴室還會漏水到房間地面上，讓我放在地上的行李箱、袋子和東西全部都被弄濕弄髒⋯老闆只用了矽利康和浴簾，這樣的處理的方式根本沒有解決問題，後面房間還是繼續大淹水，到後面也擺爛不處理了，也不願意協助換房間！每天都在清理漏水⋯大家來首爾真的要慎選住宿！ 朋友和我一起住在這，他的房間則是冷氣完全不冷，打電話詢問，竟然回他說要等隔天才能修，但隔天早就已經退房，完全沒有要幫忙處理的意思！旅行的好心情完全被這間住宿毀了！ This guesthouse is part of a chain, but the quality and service were terrible. Among all my trips to Seoul, this was by far the worst place I’ve ever stayed at. There’s no elevator, so I had to carry a heavy suitcase up to the 5th floor. The room I was given had a strong musty smell, and the bed sheets and pillows were not clean. When I took a shower, the bathroom leaked water onto the room floor, soaking and dirtying my luggage, bags, and belongings placed on the ground. The owner only applied some silicone and hung a shower curtain, which didn’t solve the problem at all. The flooding continued, and eventually, they just gave up on fixing it and refused to change my room. My friend stayed in a separate room, but the air conditioner wasn’t working at all. When we called for help, they said it couldn’t be fixed until the next day—by then, we were already checking out. They clearly had no intention of helping us. このゲストハウスはチェーン店ですが、宿泊の質もサービスも最悪でした。ソウルに何度も来ていますが、ここは今までで一番ひどい宿泊先でした。エレベーターがなく、重いスーツケースを5階まで自分で運ばなければなりませんでした。 案内された部屋は中に入るとカビ臭がひどく、シーツや枕も清潔ではありませんでした。シャワーを使うと浴室の水が部屋の床まで漏れて、床に置いていたスーツケースやカバン、中の物まで全部濡れて汚れてしまいました。 オーナーはシリコンを塗ったりシャワーカーテンをつけたりして対応しましたが、まったく解決せず、後半は放置され、部屋の変更も拒否されました。 一緒に宿泊した友人の部屋は、エアコンがまったく効かず、問い合わせても「修理は翌日になる」と言われましたが、翌日にはもうチェックアウトだったため、結局何も対応してくれませんでした。 이 게스트하우스는 체인점이지만, 숙박 품질과 서비스는 정말 최악이었습니다. 서울에 여러 번 와봤지만, 이번이 최악의 숙소 경험이었습니다. 엘리베이터가 없어서 무거운 캐리어를 5층까지 직접 들고 올라가야 했습니다. 제가 배정받은 방은 안에 들어가자마자 곰팡이 냄새가 심했고, 침대 시트와 베개도 전혀 깨끗하지 않았습니다. 샤워를 하면 욕실 물이 방 안까지 새어나와서, 바닥에 놓아둔 캐리어와 가방, 짐들이 모두 젖고 더러워졌습니다. 사장은 실리콘을 바르고 샤워 커튼을 달아주는 식으로 처리했지만, 전혀 해결되지 않았고, 결국 방을 바꿔달라는 요청도 무시하며 아무런 조치도 하지 않았습니다. 함께 묵은 친구의 방은 에어컨이 전혀 시원하지 않았고, 전화로 문의했더니 “내일 수리 가능하다”고 했지만, 우리는 이미 다음 날 체크아웃 예정이라 도와줄 의지가 전혀 없어 보였습니다.

It's great to have a personal space! There is GS25 nearby, so it's very convenient to eat at night! There are also subways and buses nearby, which are within 5 minutes' walk. I will stay here again next time if I have the chance! It brings great memories for my svt 10th anniversary!
