Very close to the station, convenient for travel, there are convenience stores and snack markets nearby, the landlord is very nice, and provided a very detailed check-in guide before check-in. The room is equipped with a washing machine for easy use, but the air conditioner remote control is hanging next to the air conditioner and is not easy to get 😂 It would be better if there was a USB direct charging plug

It's convenient to have a washing machine and stove in the room. There were more towels than I needed, which was nice. At the entrance, there was a paper with instructions on how to unlock the entrance door and how to enter the room, so I just entered the room by myself. I didn't check out through anyone, so I didn't meet any of the inn staff, but it wasn't a problem. I'd like to use it again.

I forgot to contact the owner in advance and was at a loss as to what to do, but a neighbor (?) contacted the owner and he came right away. The owner was very kind and explained the facilities carefully. The room was fine if you just went home alone to sleep! There were no problems with the shower temperature or water pressure.
However, I only stayed for one night, so if you're staying multiple nights, it may feel a little cramped to open your suitcase.
The location is right next to Gwangjang Market, and I think it's just the right place to go to Dongdaemun, Gwanghwamun, or anywhere else.
In any case, it was a good room if you're traveling alone and looking for good value for money.

The owner kindly sent me an email with instructions on how to check in by myself, which made it easy to understand. The property is great value for the price. The area is quiet. The rooms are big enough for one person and clean. The check-in process was contactless and seamless.
