The facility was completely different from the pictures. I checked in and went into the accommodation at 4pm to drop off my luggage and leave, but the bed was covered in OO hairs as if they had only cleaned the bedding. When I inquired, they said that the customer came early and did not check the room and gave me the room without saying an apology. They were so rude.. I changed to a different room, but the bedding was torn and dirty, and the bathroom had so much mold that it was unpleasant to wash, and I think they need to make some improvements.

Not easy to find the hotel because it is cramp in-between office tower and back street. The hotel has no card access system ..anyone can walk straight to the room. Which is a priority for security . But overall I prefer the jamsil hotel near to Lotte World Mall.

First of all, thank you for helping me with parking. The location was also good because it was close to Asan Hospital.
The refreshing experience of receiving the card key from a machine instead of a person was also good.
However, the water in the sink did not drain well, and there was a cup lid in the tissue case in the closet that I didn't know who had eaten and thrown it away,
and above all, it was so cold that I had no choice but to wake up from the cold in the middle of my sleep.
The bed and bedding smelled like they had smoked inside (I'm personally very sensitive to this, so I can detect even the slightest smell), and the towels smelled a bit, so it was unpleasant to use.
It was inconvenient because I couldn't turn off the bathroom. I don't know what it was, but the constant, regular noise was disturbing my sleep and made it difficult.
I have nothing to say if it's cheap and this is acceptable, but if there were some improvements, wouldn't it be reborn as a better accommodation?

Very bad experience. Had a problem and the hotel refused to accommodate us. The ice machine never has ice in it. The fridge in the room was completely iced up, yet it did not cool what was put in. One towel given for two people for a two night stay, had to go and fetch more ourselves. Breakfast does not look like the photos provided. Front desk never answers when called from the room. Only local TV channels. No Netflix or YouTube. Rubbish was not collected from the room. What a bad experience for our last hotel in Korea. The only positive is the location - near subway station with many restaurants around. Rooms: Room was small. Bed was small and uncomfortable. Pillows very hard. Slept without them.

Definitely a motel and not a hotel. Good location.
Not thaaaaat bad for a night (not good either), but definitely wouldn't stay longer. There is quite a bit of dust all over, specially room corners and around the ac unit, but the main areas were cleanish. The bed was fine.
They also rent rooms by the hour, so you know what that means. Didn't really bother me as there was little noise after ~11pm.
