From arrival to the retirement room, the concierge and front desk staff were very professional and there was no problem communicating in English. The front desk staff, Ben, was very nice. The next day, the hotel was full and I had to change to another hotel. There was a demonstration in Gangnam District (a political event), so I didn't have any transportation, but in the end, the front desk staff was very patient and helped me find transportation.
