Very bad attitude, very bad environment

We returned to this hotel for the end of our stay because we were very satisfied.

It was good for a cheap stay. It is located in an alley, so it is a bit out of the way, but there are many motels nearby, so it was not scary to go there late at night. Even late at night, there was a staff member on duty, so check-in was quick. The bag containing the necessary amenities at check-in was useful. The bedroom gown was also neatly wrapped in plastic, so it was good to use it over the bed mat and pillow. However, since the shower and bed were in the same space, the bedding was damp, and three of the pillows were yellowed and only one was white. The towels were the same, and even though they were new, there were hairs stuck in them, so I was reluctant to use them.

Alas, you can't book consecutively when booking, so I booked for 6 days one day at a time. As a result, the front desk said that you must check out at 10 o'clock every day and check in at 11 o'clock at night. It's like this every day. After checking out, you can only take your luggage with you or put it in the corridor. No one cares if it is lost. I can't go back to the hotel even if I want to rest in the afternoon. I stayed for 2 days and decisively canceled the subsequent reservation and changed hotels. The screen window of the room I stayed in was broken and could not be fixed. The toilet was also broken. The decoration was old and dirty. Everyone, avoid it, don't book this place, it's really a huge pit.

Very poor service attitude

Overall, it was clean and good. Everything was good, but the location is deep in an alley, so I think first-time visitors might get lost a bit. In the case of the bathroom, the bidet water didn't come out, and the shower didn't work properly, so I was a little disappointed. But there was nothing particularly inconvenient. However, if this accommodation is going to be a great success as an accommodation, I wonder if they should check the facilities regularly and fix anything that doesn't work properly. I had a bad thought. I'm a country bumpkin who came to Seoul after a long time, so I had a good rest for a day.

Excellent value for money. Clean, friendly staff.
