I was very quickly placed in a room on the 4th floor. And what was my horror when on the very first night I was eaten by bedbugs. There were a lot of them, they bit very hard. I contacted the administration and they moved me to a room on the 3rd floor. Almost a week has passed, my hands hurt, the bites do not go away. If you have the opportunity, protect yourself from bedbugs. I hope the administration will take my feedback into account and will fight the insects.

We booked it at the last minute and fortunately they were able to provide us a room at short notice, so that was greatly appreciated. However the check-in machine didnt work, the room hadn’t been thoroughly cleaned - there was food under the bed and the items of previous occupants had been left - and the toilet didn’t flush. Only stay here if you are desperate and not for any longer than a night. Location is good though and it’s cheap.

Very close to the subway station, the sign looks OK. But when I opened the door, there were bugs crawling on the floor. When I saw the bathroom... I was dumbfounded 🙄 I couldn't accept it. There were bugs when I opened the quilt. They were black. I ran away from this hotel immediately and didn't dare to stay there.
