엘리베이터가 없어서 너무 당황해하니까, 직원 분이 가방 들고 올라가 주심,
퇴실 때도 마침 지나가던 직원 분이 들고 내려다 주심.
위치는 신사역 바로 근처라 좋음,
엄청 오래된 건물이나 청결상태는 좋음, 청소하시는 분이 엄청 꼼꼼히 청소하는 것 같음.
건물 관리를 꾸준히 잘하시나 노후한 건물인 건 어쩔 수 없음.
주변 성형외과에서 수술 후 투숙하는 환자들이 있는 모양, 복도에 아이스 팩 전용 냉동실이 인상적이었음.

친절한 사장님이 계시는 숙소입니다. 바로 앞에 먹자골목이 있기 때문에 식사를 용이하게 할 수 있습니다. 또한 지하철역이 가깝기 때문에 이동이 용이합니다.
다만 중심가 특성상 체크인이 오후8시이며, 또한 오래된 건물이여서 화장실의 샤워기기 및 상태가 좋지 않습니다. 작동할 때 물이 새거나 삐걱거리거나, 주변 숙소들보다 저렴하니까 숙소에 큰의미를 두지 않는다면 머무는데 추천합니다.

樓下就是商户，坐6009機場巴士下車直接步行很近呢！房間非常乾淨，東西很齊全，吧枱熱水冷水礦泉水都是自取免費很不錯。房間牙刷，睡衣都有非常驚喜！一個遙控是電視和空調一起的這個挺特別。大叔會主動幫女孩子提行李箱到二樓很不錯。注意：我當天入住是下午6點！當天中午十二點前要退房呢，住的時間比較短。但是就在新沙洞裏，狎鷗亭隨便逛，出門就是吃喝。去哪裡去都方便！
