The location is good because it's near the station, and compared to the noisy surroundings, it's quiet as soon as you enter, which is nice. The facilities are clean! But the computer has a lot of weird stuff installed, so there are a lot of bugs..

The bed was very uncomfortable, so I would not recommend staying there unless you are in a large room. Geographically it's okay, but the rooms are small and you can just think of it as a country inn.
