If you don't mind the little things, it's ok!!
It's not a hotel, it's a guesthouse, so it's not perfect, but I knew that when I made the reservation, so it's not a problem.
It's clean to a minimum level.
The staff are very friendly and explain things in broken Japanese, so it's reassuring.
It's right next to Dongdaemun Park Exit 4 (elevator available), which is very helpful.
The result was more comfortable than I expected.
It's reasonably priced, so I'd like to use it again when I'm staying around Dongdaemun.

A great spot to enjoy the snow, just like in the photos. It’s perfect for snow activities and offers a beautiful winter experience. The location is very convenient and easy to access.
The room is quite small, with limited space for packing and storage. However, it’s manageable for a short stay. Overall, a decent experience with a fantastic location.

Very nice location. I think the AC/heater was controlled and I was so hot. I didn’t sleep well. I called three times but no one answered. I went down by the lobby and it was unattended.

It seemed like they had stayed there before, so the elevator was no problem as it was inside the building, and they also looked after my luggage so I could enjoy my last day empty-handed until it was time for the airport bus!! The bed was big so I could rest comfortably by myself, and the room was warm so there were no particular inconveniences!
