She asked me why I didn’t check in yesterday, and I said I didn’t see your request for check-in time (I defaulted to 24-hour check-in for all hotels). I didn’t care about the money for the day. I just wanted to put my luggage on it quickly. The most outrageous thing came. He actually told me that because we didn’t check in on the first day, we were in breach of contract = we couldn’t stay for the next two days. I was already numb at the time. It was very hot and raining outside. I said Okay, then refund me the money for these two nights and I’ll quickly find another hotel. Then she actually told me that they would not refund the money... and they did not let us go up there. I said this was unreasonable, and she said they were not a hotel and their rules were set by themselves... and asked me to find the platform to solve the problem (this may not be the first time they have done this) I no longer wanted to struggle pointlessly with him, so I said I would go find a platform. If that didn’t work, I would call the police. When she heard that I wanted to call the police, she panicked (maybe his hotel was not legal at all). As a result, the platform refunded my money for two nights and gave me a 100 yuan cash voucher as compensation (I still don’t know whether the platform paid for it out of its own pocket or the hotel really refunded it) This is my experience, it’s really outrageous…
