If you arrive early, you can leave your suitcases in a special corner of the hotel and go for a walk before check-in. This is definitely a plus! I also liked that the hotel has strict rules for silence and order, it's good when no one makes noise, smokes anywhere, cleans up their trash, and so on. Very cool common areas, rooftop, balcony, halls. In these common areas there is expensive wooden furniture with leather upholstery, interesting interior items, in short, there is a place to take beautiful photos, for those who like it))! Breakfast is not wow, but normal, carbohydrate))) Towels were changed on request, cleaning was also done. But the audibility in our room was still unreal, behind the wall of the next room they were coughing as if it was right in ours. Probably they heard us too. Not very comfortable pillows, and the bed is a bit cramped - the room is actually tiny, there was one suitcase on the floor and there was no room to walk... There was also a specific smell of dampness. Photos of the rooms look a bit nicer than in reality, at least our room did. The place itself is of course great! Everything is nearby, there is everything you need, we lived right in the heart of Seoul, you can't take that away)

There were stairs up to the third floor, which was difficult with children. On the second day, I came home after 1am and panicked when I couldn't open the door (I didn't know the combination). The room wasn't very well cleaned either, so I had to wear slippers all the time. The shower and toilet were in the same room, which wasn't very hygienic.
