整體唔錯，就係廁所好似冇抽風系統，冷氣機溫度冇得自己較，個人感覺有啲熱，周邊交通便利，地鐵站、巴士都係酒店附近，大約5分鐘路程，美食街，購物街也不遠，個人覺得唔錯，就係離明洞，弘大有少少遠，不過坐地鐵2號線都不用𨍭車，大約20多分鐘就可以到達

Shilla has lived up to her name for excellent reputation.
During my stay in The Shilla Guro, the counter staff was so kind to extend my hours for free due to unforseen circumstances (my mom was unfortunately feeling unwell and had to be hospitalised). They have displayed exemplary diligence and consistent follow-up with me knowing my difficult situation and had helped to contact the medical staff and hospital in anyway they can.
I am very fortunate to have chosen Shilla as my hotel stay and would definitely come back again thanks to the excellent service of the front desk.
They have proved to be very reliable.

It was smaller than I thought, but the amenities were good and the bed was soft and nice. However, there was a bit of outside wind and the soundproofing wasn't very good. The location seems good because there's a lot of things nearby.

I use this place often whenever I go!
First of all, the staff are very friendly and the hotel has all the amenities.
There's a convenience store right in front and there's ample parking, so it's convenient.
There's also a self-photo studio and a city view.
There's a subway station right in front, so I think it'll be convenient for those who walk. Highly recommended👍
