立地は良かったが、フロントが9:00～23:00のみの対応で、日本語が伝わらないので、英語か韓国語で対応となります。私は問題ありませんでしたが、深夜何かあっても、ホテル側と連絡をとりにくいとは思います。部屋キーは携帯と連携して簡単に入れたので、とても楽でした。
シャワーの水圧は良く、タオルも毎日変えてもらえたので良かったです。
ただ、パジャマ等の室内着はないので、持参が必要です。
また、チェックイン後、室内を見るとシャワー室に髪の毛が落ちていたり、トイレのティッシュが流れていない状態だったり、布団が汚れていたりしたのが残念でした。
全体的には過ごしやすかったです。
