We got a family room which was spacious and nice. The location is a little far from the metro but there are bus options to quickly get you to the main tourist sites.

Overall, it's clean, and feels like a business hotel. The service is not bad, polite but not too enthusiastic. Extra quilts are charged, and early check-in is charged even if there are rooms available (according to the hourly room logic). I don't know if it's just the culture of Korea or something else, but I'm a little uncomfortable with this rule. There are some nice little restaurants nearby, and I caught a snowfall in Seoul in spring.

We stayed for a week in the Deluxe Suite. The room is clean, front desk and housekeeping staff are friendly and helpful. No complains, just that location is not so convenient to shopping area, it’s more like local business area where many shops and cafes are closed on Saturday and Sunday. It’s a good 20mins walk away to major shopping area, or need to take bus to train station or shopping area like Dongdaemun , Gwangjang market etc
