I have stayed at the Four Seasons Hotel in Seoul several times recently. It is in a great location in the center of Seoul, very close to Myeongdong and Cheong Wa Dae. The room facilities are complete and comfortable. The gym is great and the swimming pool is worth trying. The buffet restaurant and bar on the basement floor are very famous.

However, I would like to bring to attention a concern that I encountered during my most recent visit. While the majority of the team exhibits exemplary professionalism and courtesy, I did notice that a few individuals seemed to approach their roles with a sense of authority that bordered on rigidity. It appeared that, at times, their position was interpreted as a form of power or entitlement rather than a service-oriented responsibility.
As a guest, I believe that the true role of a hotelier is to serve and assist, regardless of one's title or position. Nice old hotel. The traffic in Seoul is really too congested. People who take taxis say it's crazy. Hongdae and Myeongdong are indeed nearby, but the traffic is really congested. I will consider the walking distance next time.
