東大門で遊ぶ予定でしたので、ホテルの立地は仁川空港からのリムジンバスで降りて信号を渡ってすぐの場所にあり、大変便利でした。バスタブもあるお部屋で景観もよくアメニティも揃っていて、荷物預かりがあったのもホテル選びのポイントでした。
他の方のコメントもあるようにエレベーターが来るのには時間がかかりますが、フロントの対応も良く、満足です。

地下鉄の駅から近く便利です。お部屋はちょっと狭いけどスーツケースを広げるスペースはあるし、一人旅なので十分です。宿泊先を選ぶ時に私が気にするのはトイレットペーパーを流せるかどうかなのですが、問題なく流せました。フロントの方は日本語が通じ親切でした。ホテル周辺にはコンビニ、オリヤン、飲食店もいっぱいありました。次回も是非利用したいです。

初めてビジネスツインにしました。
けど、やっぱりお湯の調整は難しい。
部屋は普通。
部屋からソウルタワー見えました。
韓国に慣れてない人は人をジロジロみるおじさんやフロントの塩対応に不快かもしれません。
ですが、やる事はやってくれます。

価格と立地条件で選んだので、場所は大通りに面していてすぐわかったものの、ホテルは商業施設の上階部分にあるという情報がなったため、入口が分かりにくかった。フロントスタッフは日本語が出来てスムースにチェクインできた。部屋の大きさはツインだったが、一人でも狭く感じた。
古い建物ではあったがリネン類は清潔で、虫にも刺されずに済んだ。ただ、スリッパは使い捨てではなかったので抵抗を感じた。トイレ、洗面台、シャワーが一体型は良いとして、床がフラットになっているため、お湯が流れ出ないように端の方で用心しながらのシャワーはストレスを感じた。そして決定的だったのが、冷蔵庫が冷えてなくて何度も調整してもらっても改善されず、結局は壊れていたということ。解決策としてフロントの冷蔵庫で翌日の朝食予定の食品を預かってもらい、翌朝部屋へ届けてもらうことで解決。翌日時間通りにお詫びのジュースとともに届けてくれたスタッフのおじさんには感謝するが、価格もそんなに安いわけではなかったのにこの結果ではもう利用することはないと思う。

お部屋はとても綺麗で、洗面台の鏡が大きく使いやすかったです。周りにはコンビニや飲食店などが多くとても便利なところでした。
