I was traveling alone but the counter probably thought the people queuing behind me were together so she asked for everyone's passports. I said it was just me, but she didn't seem to understand right away and impatiently pointed at the people behind her and repeated it. I explained to her again that I had booked a twin room but was checking in alone, and she finally understood but still looked grumpy. Didn't even say sorry
The sink stinks, like the sewer on the street...
The most ridiculous thing is that when I returned to the hotel the next day, I found that the door of my room was open... The housekeeping staff did not close the door properly when cleaning.
The windows are not soundproof and you can hear noises from outside while sleeping.
This is the worst four star hotel I have ever stayed in...

Great location. The front desk staff were great- especially John. However the breakfast was so-so, slow to replenish fruit and not as many choices as we had hoped but there are plenty of options nearby. Also the elevators were slow.

The male staff at the front desk were kind and smiling, but one female staff member was very rude, so I would recommend that future travelers would feel more comfortable if a male staff member was available to assist them with any issues they may have.

The bed and pillows are very comfortable. However, there are no cotton swabs or cotton buds in the bathroom. The breakfast is delicious. The staffs are friendly and willing to help. The location is good, behind Myeongdong. There is a 7-11 and a GS Minimart next door. The only downside is that the elevator takes a long time to wait.

The location is very convenient, close to the subway station, and you can walk to Myeongdong in 10 minutes

There was construction going on outside so the view from the room wasn't great, but the breakfast venue was on a high floor so the view was beautiful 😊 The food was delicious too!
I was happy that the bathroom amenities were all Davines.
You can walk to Myeongdong so you can do some sightseeing until late at night ☆
