Beautiful view, pleasant host, clean room—really all you could hope for in a guesthouse, much less at this price.

Breathtaking view over Gyeongbokgung and the Blue House from the 2 windows of the palace-view room on the 5th floor. The owner is very friendly and helps to carry the luggage up and down the stairs.

Book it via Agoda and had bad feelings so I tried to contact the host but no response from either email, inbox, or phone...had to ask Agoda and they ensured my booking was confirmed, but eventually the host answered (in broken English) few hours before my flight to Korea to reject my booking saying it's overbooked. OMG, Agoda then returned my money but we need to immediately find another place to stay when we're in so much stress.
