I stayed here once in 2019 and had a very good impression of this hotel. When I went there this year, all the hotels I wanted to book were fully booked, so I chose this one again. Although it is not that new, the details of the Japanese-style hotel are really good, and the sound insulation and service are still very satisfactory.

高齢の両親の初韓国旅行で利用。
食事や観光の移動に便利なことと、万が一の時に両親が日本語で問い合わせられる様に日系ホテルを選びました。
フロントは日本語が通じますし、WOW PASS発券機がフロントフロアにあり、そこまでレートが悪くない両替所が1階出口すぐそばにあり、コンビニや食べ物やも全て徒歩圏内でとても便利でした。
部屋はトリプルを利用しましたが、ソファースペースもあり、3人でいても特に狭いと感じることはありませんでした。テレビはNHKが唯一の日本語放送で、ごくたまに他チャンネルで日本語番組が映ったようですが、Netflix等の視聴は、確認しましたが、できない仕様になっているとのこと。
トイレとバスが別で、バスタブ＋洗い場があり、水圧、水温共に問題ありませんでした。洗面台も2箇所あるので、朝の準備場所も十分。
冷蔵庫は水や飲み物をしまうには十分な大きさでしたが、奥行きのあるものをしまうのは厳しそうです。
フロントでアイスのサービスもあり、暑い中帰ってきたのでとても嬉しかったです。
朝食は1度だけ頂きましたが、そこまで種類が多くなく味も普通だったので、明洞宿泊なら外で食べる方がオススメかもしれません。
スタッフの皆さんはとても親切で、たまに忙しそうにされていて目が合わない方もいましたが、特に不快になることもありませんでした。
自分1人や友人と利用する場合は少し高いかなと思いますが、初めての韓国や、言葉に不安がある方、観光時間が短く立地の良いホテルを探している方にはオススメです。

There are many staff members who can speak Japanese, so you can check in and check out with ease. They also seemed to be politely assisting other guests who were asking where they wanted to go. The shower pressure and the airflow of the hair dryer were also very good.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The hotel is located in the center of Myeongdong, so even if you did a lot of shopping you could easily drop off your luggage at the hotel.
