The front desk was very friendly and made me feel at ease. It was close to the station, there was a Starbucks next to the hotel, and a GS25 was just a short walk away, so there weren't many places to eat out, but it wasn't a problem. You can watch YouTube in the room, so you can spend your time in your room as you like. When I asked the front desk, they said that delivery was OK if I asked and picked it up on the first floor!

I've been to Union Hotel several times before and was satisfied so I booked it again, and it was just as good as expected~ It's always clean, the staff is friendly, and the lounges on the 4th and 14th floors are quiet and comfortable. The air conditioner heater was dry so I turned on the floor heating and set it to 25 degrees so it took a while for the temperature to rise, but it was warm enough to feel hot later. The bedding was comfortable and I slept warmly. ㅎㅎ

The staff is nice, the room is clean and tidy, the facilities are good, but there is no water dispenser on the floor.
