Feel good and will book again next time

I booked room 301, but when I arrived and got the key number by email, it was changed to room 302 without my permission. I booked room 301 because the atmosphere was good, so it's really unbelievable that they would change it without my permission. I contacted them, but they said I should stay in room 302. I had no choice but to go into room 302 and open my luggage when a Japanese person who was supposed to have booked room 302 came. I contacted the manager, but he didn't respond right away, and I was dealing with that, so I couldn't make the reservation I made on the first day. The Japanese person who was supposed to stay in room 302 canceled, and even though they came from Japan, they started looking for a hotel, so it seemed difficult. As for amenities, we received new bath towels every day, but there was no cleaning. I asked for cleaning by email on the second day because it was mentioned in the reviews, but they didn't do it. There was shampoo provided, but the contents of the body soap were not included, and tissues and toilet paper were not replenished even after four days. I will never stay here again. I stayed because I saw it on Instagram and thought it was cute, but the shower room had water stains and it was not clean. It's just a photo.

The location is also great! The airport limousine bus stop is nearby, which was nice. You won't meet anyone when checking in or out. The room password was emailed to you on the day. The room was cute and just the right size for one person.

The room was clean and tidy

It says that 102 is originally a basement, but I was never informed that it was a basement! The air circulation in the room was poor, it was stuffy and very uncomfortable. Dirty sheets and pillows, stains everywhere. It was very uncomfortable. I immediately complained to trip customer service that night and got a refund. I deducted one night's payment and immediately booked another room to rest the next day. It's a very bad place. It's very hard to move luggage without a lift. It's not convenient to live in a high-rise building. Please choose carefully.
