Ups: great hospitality, location, first floor and tables, amenities, tea, kitchen, toilets, lockers.
Downs: you should be aware of tenants of a very low cultural level that you may encounter — they turn on main lights in the middle of the night, loud, fart all night, turn off the aircon and ******** loud when everyone is awake. I used this hotel on a solo trip to Seoul Transit. It was conveniently located just a short walk from the station. There was no counter and it was a self-check-in system. I was a little confused about how to open the door, but it was no problem.

Stayed here for several days recently.
Good location with Seoul central station a short walk away. Self check in was very easy, with instructions telling me what room I was staying in, which bed was mine and the code for the door. Room was small and basic, with a shared toilet/shower. Towels were changed daily and lockers were available to store luggage/bags. Wifi was good and the common area on the ground floor had some drinks machines and a small kitchen to use. Myeongdong area is around a 5-10 minute walk away and a great place to explore shops and night markets.
This guesthouse is OK for a short stay.

The facility is well organized and clean. Each room has its own private bathroom, and three rooms are connected by a corridor with an additional bathroom. It is very convenient so the waiting times to use the bathroom are shorter. The only problem was that there were not enough slippers for everyone and I had to use my socks. In the bathroom there were large jars of shampoo and liquid body soap, a bar of soap and toothpaste. There was also a hairdryer.
