The room was spacious, clean and well equipped with a fridge, microwave and washing machine (although without detergent or a dryer the washing machine wasn't all that useful to me, unfortunately). The hotel is in a great location right next to metro lines 1 and 5, and there is a good selection of shops and restaurants nearby as well as an excellent 24h laundromat. Check-in and check-out were quick and efficient, which I like. On the negative side, the bed was hard and uncomfortable, the walls are very thin making it easy to hear conversations and TV in the surrounding rooms, and rather bizarrely they only provide hand towels, not bath towels.

Because we were going to stay for a long time, we booked this hotel because it has a washing machine and microwave. It is very close to the subway station but not close to the main scenic spots and shopping areas. The washing machine was not repaired for two days, which was not very pleasant, but Ctrip came forward to solve the problem. Overall, I am quite satisfied. There is someone to clean every day, which is good, but there is no sound insulation.

This was my second time staying at Yeongdeungpo and my first time here.
The room was spacious and had a refrigerator, microwave and washing machine. The windows were large and bright, making it a nice room.
There were no bath towels, but only two face towels, but that didn't bother me at all.
The hotel is close to the train tracks so I thought it might be a little noisy, but that was fine too.
The nearest station is Singil Station on Line 5, which is very close, and it's also convenient as you can walk to Yeongdeungpo Station.
There are no bathrobes, so it's better to bring pajamas with you.

I stayed here for 2 nights.
It's about a 1-minute walk from Exit 3 of Singil Station (Line 5).
You can also get to Gimpo Airport and Seoul Station as it is on Line 1 and Line 5.
