It is quite far from Brunei and Yeongdeungpo District Office subway stations. It would be uncomfortable to go back and forth to the subway entrance in summer and winter. I stayed there in April, and it was fine as long as the temperature was comfortable. The lack of sound insulation is a more obvious problem. The room is small, but it has everything you need. The auntie at the front desk is also very friendly. The price is OK, and it is convenient to eat around. CU and GS25 are both available.

A terrible motel.
No idea where those high ratings came from—the facilities are outdated, the water pipes are extremely noisy, and forget about sleeping at night when people are taking showers!
The location is remote, with the subway station being at least a ten-minute walk away.
The price isn’t cheap either, offering poor value for money.
The noise from the water pipes is truly unbearable!
