Mould on the ceiling, Hair that was not mine everywhere on the floor. Stained bedsheets. A horrible smelling water leak in the hallway. Trip.com support helped me to cancel, but the hotel owners were almost never reachable and still demanded half the money in cancellation fees. F this place. Pay just a little bit more and protect your sanity

I was worried when I read the reviews at first, but after I got there, the environment was quite satisfactory. The room was not too small, and the facilities were OK, but the hot water was either too hot or too cold, which might be because we didn't adjust it properly. I traveled alone in winter. I really liked the hotel. Clean, warm and cozy. There is a kitchen, laundry, toaster and microwave. In the hallway there is a machine with hot and cold water. Bath towels and simple ones for washing were provided. The floor is warm, the bed is heated. Free Wi-Fi worked smoothly. Very budget and comfortable. I recommend it to everyone. City center.
