About Stay Seoul

Check-in and check-out was very smooth using the machine. It's close to Seoul Station and in a great location. However, there are only stairs inside the hotel, so be careful.

The price is quite moderate for a hotel, right next to Seoul Station, but there is a big problem, the smell in the room is a bit strong, and there is no kettle in the room

It was the worst. I was on the first floor, but the whole building was heated, so it was cold there and I couldn't sleep. There was no one at the front desk, so I had to make a phone call. I woke up several times in the middle of the night and had to put on layers of clothes to sleep. I stayed for two nights, but they didn't change my towels or add water. When I asked, they said it was because I didn't have a card. Normally, they would leave towels and water at the entrance even if they weren't cleaning. I've stayed in many hotels before, but I'll never stay here again.

I arrived a little earlier than the check-in time, but I was able to check in early because the room was ready. It's convenient because it's very close to Seoul Station. There's a 7-Eleven right next to it.

I used this hotel on a solo trip. I had requested a different company to deliver my suitcase from Incheon International Airport, so I contacted them to see if they could receive it. They responded quickly, so I was reassured by their level of service even before I stayed there. It takes about 5 minutes to get there from Exit 12 on Line 4. There is a small 7-Eleven nearby. It's about a 30-second walk away. There are also GS25 and CU within a 5-minute walk, so you won't have any trouble shopping. However, at night, it is one block away from the main road, so although it is quiet, it is a little worrying to walk alone as a woman. There are street lights, so there are no dark areas. Check-in is done at the kiosk at the entrance. You can choose Japanese as the language. The room key card is issued from the kiosk. The room was damaged in some places, but it was well-cleaned and clean, so there was no problem. There is floor heating, so the room is warm, which is a good point. Amenities include free water (in plastic bottles) and toothbrushes. The most shocking thing was the toilet and shower. I had a hard time deciding where to wash. *Please see the photo for details.   I interpreted this as one of the best parts of traveling. Check-in and out depends on the time of day, but it is unmanned and completed. It was a hotel I would like to use again if I have the opportunity.
