服務非常好，每個員工的英文也很流利，也非常幫到手，亦很友善，走進房間的一剎那，感覺非常乾淨，舒服同大，房間也有一種清新嘅氣味，張床非常好瞓，只有一點還需要改善，就是他的熱水要等2分鐘才有，但無論服務同埋房間清潔度美觀都令到呢個旅程更加出色～

Best hotel in Seoul with excellent hotel services by friendly professional staffs. Breakfast was great and delicious with high quality foods.

the location is perfect, and the room is spacious, however, the lighting and air-conditioning control were not user friendly, the TV is also not 4K, which has room for improvement

Incredible hotel with stunning decorations, feels like you are a royalty.Lovely snd helpful staff. George, Lily and our cleaning lady were delightful, sweet and so helpful. Centrally located and easy to get around.
